Beyond Success What would make your next chapter truly fulfilling?

A two-part experience for people who have achieved a lot, but feel like something important is missing.

How the workshop works

  1. Clarity Part one

Define what really matters now, and identify the gap between success and fulfillment.

  2. Experiment Between sessions

Methodically test one low-risk idea for three weeks.

  3. Direction Part two

Leave with a tailored framework shaped by real life.

Life can be good and still leave you asking: “Do I want the next five or ten years to look like this?”

Perhaps you also find yourself wondering:

  • What actually gives me a sense of meaning, energy and contribution?
  • Why don't my achievements make me feel fulfilled?
  • How can I explore without risking everything that already works?

Merely thinking about change can create uncertainty and raise real questions about security. So we get stuck in our heads, and nothing gets tested.

Is this for you?

If one of these sounds like you, it is.

  • You've progressed steadily in your career but question whether the path still fits.
  • A venture you believed in has ended, and you're looking for direction.
  • You're wondering what would make your next chapter meaningful.

If you've been trying to work out what's next, this will be the perfect sandbox. You don't need a clear answer or a plan to make major changes.

Take the Success Gap Assessment

What you'll experience

Live online, in a small group.

What you'll leave with

  • Your own fulfillment blueprint: what success means to you now, not what it looks like from the outside.
  • A possible direction, tested in real life, and a next commitment you can act on.
  • The Success Gap framework.

Clarity Part one, live

From external success to inner alignment.

  1. The Success Gap

Explore the difference between what looks successful from the outside and what feels meaningful to you. Identify where achievement and fulfillment overlap, and where they're misaligned.

“I've reached goals I worked toward for years. Why doesn't the satisfaction last?”

  2. Your Fulfillment Compass

Look at the experiences, relationships, and forms of contribution that give you energy. Use those clues to shape your own definition of fulfillment.

“I'm good at my work, but I feel most engaged when I'm taking on side projects, mentoring someone, creating something, or bringing people together. What does that tell me?”

  3. Invisible Anchors

Examine the fears, expectations, and familiar identities that influence your choices. Consider what you want to preserve and where you want more freedom to explore.

“Do I still want this direction, or am I staying because of the security, status, or expectations attached to it?”

Experiment Between sessions

Run a low-risk test in real life to explore what fulfills you.

  1. Test Drive

Take one low-risk idea for a test drive in your real life, sized to your week, without risking what already works.

  2. Experiment Log

A reflection practice that turns three weeks of real life into evidence about what fulfills you, instead of more guesswork.

  3. 1on1 with Aylam

Examine your progress together, get direct feedback, and adjust if needed.

Direction Part two, live

Turning experience into commitment.

  1. Review the Evidence

Reflect on what the experiment actually showed you, including what you didn't expect.

  2. Trace the Gold

The patterns of energy and meaning that kept showing up, read against your Fulfillment Compass and your Invisible Anchors.

  3. Name Your Next Step

One concrete action for your next chapter, and a clearer sense of why it matters to you.

FAQ

Is this a group workshop?

Yes. Both parts are live online, in a small group with me, and the experiment includes a 1on1. If you'd rather work with me privately, that starts with a free call.

Do I need to be ready for a big change?

No. The experiment is a small, real first step, not a leap.

I've thought about this for a long time. What would the workshop add?

Structure and action. Part One gives your thinking a shape, the experiment turns it into something you try, and Part Two turns what you learn into a next commitment.

How much does it cost?

It's $295, plus applicable tax. That includes both live sessions, the three-week experiment and your 1on1 with me. Prices are in US dollars.

What if none of the dates work for me?

Let's talk it through. You can also join the waitlist to hear first when new dates open.
