What will people learn?
AI for GTM
How it runs. Live online working sessions for a small group from one team, or 1on1 coaching, with practice on real accounts between sessions. Every program is tailored, so this is a typical shape:
- Build one workflow Pick a recurring task, write the instructions and test them on a real account.
- Make it hold up Fix what the first real use showed, then practice discovery and buyer concerns, keeping the judgment human.
- Put it to work Re-engage a stalled account, work a live deal, and package the final workflow.
By the end, each participant can:
- Turn one recurring sales task into a defined AI workflow: what starts it, what goes in, what comes out, and which judgment stays with them.
- Write reusable instructions for that task in their company-approved AI tool, with sources named and unknowns kept visible.
- Run the workflow on a real account, review the output, and separate verified facts from assumptions.
- Improve the workflow based on what the tests show, and rerun it on a fresh account.
- Use AI-prepared research to prepare for a real customer conversation, keeping the judgment and the conversation human.
AI workshops (AI 101, 201 and 301)
How it runs. Live online. Each level builds on the one before it.
AI 101 Start using AI with confidence
- See how AI comes up with its answers, and why a fluent answer can still be wrong.
- Give it the right context and clear instructions.
- Check what it gives you before you trust it.
AI 201 Hand your repetitive work to AI
- Pick one task you repeat every week and map its steps.
- Turn your best prompts into instructions and templates you can reuse, so you stop starting from scratch.
- Add a check before anything goes out, so the final say stays yours.
AI 301 Build your own second brain and agents
- Set up a second brain: one place for your notes, files and decisions, organized so AI can find its way around it.
- Build agents with one clear job each, like a researcher, a planner or a reviewer.
- Add checks and limits, so a separate agent reviews the work and nothing acts for you without your yes.
Leadership coaching
How it runs. 1on1 coaching. We start from what's in the leader's way right now, in one of four areas:
- Confidence Start by finding where the doubt comes from.
- Communication and conflict Start with the conversation you keep putting off.
- Empowering others Start with one thing you can stop doing yourself.
- Promotion readiness Start by mapping your path and building your case.
Beyond Success
How it runs. Public cohorts: two live online sessions in a small group, with a three-week real-life experiment between them. For a company, the same method and what people leave with, shaped around your people.
- Clarity Define what really matters now, and identify the gap between success and fulfillment.
- Experiment Methodically test one low-risk idea in real life.
- Direction Leave with a tailored framework shaped by real life.
Each person leaves with:
- Their own fulfillment blueprint: what success means to them now, not what it looks like from the outside.
- A possible direction, tested in real life, and a next commitment they can act on.
- The Success Gap framework.
How does it work with a learning budget?
There are two ways to pay: your company pays the invoice directly, or the participant pays it and claims it under your policy.
Before the first session, I send an itemized invoice and a signed statement that a certificate of completion will be issued. Provider details are available on request.
At the end, each participant gets a certificate of completion. It states their name, the program, the live hours completed, the program dates, the issuer, a signature, the issue date and a unique certificate ID. It's a certificate of completion, not an accredited credential.
Whether it's covered depends on your company's policy.
