Where are you with AI right now?

Live online workshops in three levels, from using AI with confidence at work to building your own agents. Two questions about your own week show you where to start.

Which level am I?

What takes up most of your week?

  1. 101 Start using AI with confidence

Start here if: I do it myself. I've barely tried AI for it, or didn't trust what came back.

Use AI on purpose: ask clearly, give it the right context and check what comes back.

  2. 201 Hand your repetitive work to AI

Start here if: AI gives me a first draft, then I do the same steps by hand every time.

Take a task you repeat every week and build it into a workflow.

  3. 301 Build your own second brain and agents

Start here if: AI already does parts of it. I want it to know my work and pick up more of it.

Build a second brain that holds your work, and agents that act on it.

Getting less from AI than you hoped?

  • I've tried it, and I'm not sure what to trust.
  • AI writes a first draft, then I do the rest by hand.
  • I explain my work to it from scratch every time.

5% of employees use AI in advanced ways to transform how they work, though 88% use it at work. EY 2025 Work Reimagined Survey, 15,000 employees at large companies in 29 countries, November 2025

What you'll learn

Live online. Each level builds on the one before it.

AI 101

Start using AI with confidence

For you if you've barely used AI, or tried it and didn't trust what came back.

What you'll do

  • See how AI comes up with its answers, and why a fluent answer can still be wrong.
  • Give it the right context and clear instructions.
  • Set it up to know your preferences, and keep private details out of it.
  • Check what it gives you before you trust it.
  • Improve one answer together, then make something useful for your work or life.

AI 201

Hand your repetitive work to AI

For you if you already use AI every week and still do the same steps by hand.

What you'll do

  • Pick one task you repeat every week and map its steps.
  • Decide which steps AI takes on and which stay yours.
  • Turn your best prompts into instructions and templates you can reuse, so you stop starting from scratch.
  • Connect the steps into a workflow that starts from what comes in: an email, a meeting, a file.
  • Add a check before anything goes out, so the final say stays yours.
  • Build a workflow for your own task, and a way to build the next.

Drawn from the workflows I built for my own week: a daily brief, research and prep before each meeting, follow-ups after it, and forecasting.

AI 301

Build your own second brain and agents

For you if AI already does parts of your work and you want it to know your work and pick up more of it.

What you'll do

  • Set up a second brain: one place for your notes, files and decisions, organized so AI can find its way around it.
  • Write the instructions AI reads first: who you are, how you work and what good looks like.
  • Give it a memory that carries from one session to the next, so it picks up where you left off.
  • Build agents with one clear job each, like a researcher, a planner or a reviewer.
  • Turn the tasks you repeat into skills your agents follow step by step.
  • Add checks and limits, so a separate agent reviews the work and nothing acts for you without your yes.

I work this way myself: my own second brain, with agents that plan, research, check facts and review designs, and ask me before anything goes out.

Who you'd work with

I learned AI on the job. As a coach, I started getting approached by companies and clients who wanted to learn it too.

Over the last four years I've developed and refined workshops and systems to help people learn AI in a way that actually solves problems, makes them more productive, and gives them the confidence to handle the future of work.

I've served over 500 individuals and teams. I spent 15 years in tech, and I've done over 5,000 hours of coaching and facilitation.

FAQ

Which level is right for me?

The two questions at the top of this page point you to one. If you're between two, book a free call and we'll decide together.

Do I need a technical background?

Not for AI 101: it starts from the beginning. 201 and 301 build on it.

When is the next workshop?

I put each group together from the people I've spoken with, so the fastest way in is a free call.

Can my company pay for it?

It might. What's covered depends on your employer.
